This role will be responsible for Vicarious’ people function, culture, structure and policies and drive Human Resources best practices and initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a member of the management team and a thought partner for the Executive leadership team. You will be expected to build programs in leadership, employee development, talent acquisition, performance management, culture, compensation, organizational design and change.
