You will play a key role in the support of our automated robotic assembly lines. As a Manufacturing Test and Quality Engineer in our company, you will work closely with the production team to understand why we’re building a product and what the specific requirements are. Then, you will run a series of tests and inspections through all stages of production to identify potential failures and recommend improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Gather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards)
  • Run quality controls on components and final products
  • Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality
  • Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems
  • Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes
  • Suggest fixes and improvements
  • Document technical issues and solutions
  • Build automated testing systems for regular checks
  • Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards

Who You Are

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
  • Previous experience as a Test or Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Familiarity with various testing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Additional / Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a team environment
